Jobseekers from the Burnham-On-Sea area are being encouraged by a Weston-super-Mare based company, the Ascot Group, to attend its recruitment day this Saturday (April 27th) as it unveils plans to expand its operations and create dozens of new jobs.
The group has grown from a start-up business to 70 employees and operates within the marketing, media and technology sectors. The newly created roles will span digital marketing and data analytics to graphic design and copy writing.
The company is hosting an open day this Saturday, 27th April, at its HQ at Worle Park Way, next to Worle train station, and local jobseekers from the Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge area are being encouraged to attend.
Ascot Group CEO Andrew Scott said: “Somerset is brimming with talented people but many of them commute to Bristol or further afield. Not everyone is aware that a world-class marketing and tech company exists on their doorstep so we’re inviting people to meet our team and see our facilities.”
