An Olympic gold medallist will be visiting Burnham-On-Sea on Saturday (August 16th).
Britain’s Olympic taekwondo champion Jade Jones, who took gold in the 57kg category at London 2012, will be signing autographs at Sunspot Amusements on Burnham seafront.
She will be meeting holidaymakers from 1pm during a special promotional appearance.
Jade, 21, won the public vote for the BBC Wales Sports Personality of the Year 2012 and was awarded an MBE in the 2013 New Year Honours for services to sport.
She is making a series of appearances across the UK for Cashino Gaming, which runs Burnham’s Sunspot Amusements, as part of a endorsement deal. In return, the firm will be providing her with financial backing until after the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
