A Burnham-On-Sea school which was forced to close for almost a week due to a power surge re-opened for pupils on Tuesday.
We reported here that Burnham-On-Sea Infant School had sent its pupils home last Wednesday (April 17th) and advised parents that it would not re-open until Wednesday April 24th.
But the school completed its inspection process on Monday, allowing the school to safely re-open for pupils.
“We look forward to getting back to normal and thank everyone for their understanding and patience,” a school spokeswoman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
