Indecent exposure in Highbridge prompts Burnham police appeal

Burnham-On-Sea Police have appealed for witnesses as they investigate a suspected indecent exposure incident over the weekend.

Officers were called to Clover Way in Highbridge on Sunday morning (June 19th).

“A male is reported to have followed a woman along the street between 7 and 8am before taking off his clothes, exposing himself and then running off in the direction of Fairdean Road and an alleyway to Worston Road,” said a Burnham Police spokesman.

“The man was in his 20s, had short dark hair and was wearing a black T-shirt and light grey coloured jogging bottoms. He was wearing no shoes.”
