It says “outbreaks of rain and sleet will gradually clear southwards during Saturday night, and with temperatures falling rapidly through the evening and night, there is a risk of icy surfaces.”
A yellow warning of ice has been issued for the region, as pictured, with the possibility of light snow in Somerset late on Sunday.
The Met Office says the public should be aware of the risk of disruption to travel.
