A new survey out this week suggests property prices in Burnham-On-Sea have shown slight falls during the past three months following a year-long period of recovery.
Figures from the Land Registry show average house prices have fallen by an average of £419 – or 0.22% – in the last quarter.
But prices in Burnham over the past six months are still up by 1.15% and prices over the last year are up by 3.18%.
Estate agent Julian Frost from Abbott and Frost in College Street told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “There’s still activity in the market and our feeling is that prices have levelled off, rather than shown any drops in the Burnham area.”
The survey also shows the highest property value streets in Burnham-On-Sea are Gore Road, Manor Way, The Grove and Gardenhurst, according to property website Zoopla.
