Burnham-On-Sea tourist centre launches holiday information service

-

Burnham-On-Sea’s Tourist Information Centre is running a new holiday information service from now until the end of March.

Visitor Services Manager Cindy Tee, pictured right, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We have over 100 destination guides for the UK on display in the tourist information office on The Esplanade.”

“You can call in and pick up free colour guides for locations from Scotland to Lands End any time, Monday to Saturday from 9:30 – 1pm and 2pm – 4:30pm.”

“We find that people use this service year after year and often come from quite a distance because of the range of guides we have on offer at the Burnham office.”

The Holiday Information Service is operated in the tourist office throughout the quiet winter period. It means that local residents can pick up holiday guides for locations all over the country and plan their holidays.

“If an area guide for the UK is not available in the Centre the staff there can arrange for you to have the relevant guide sent direct to your home,” added Cindy.
