A day of supermarket bag packing has raised more than £500 towards the cost of building Burnham-On-Sea’s Hillview Carnival Club cart.
The club’s members – who are celebrating their 40th anniversary this year – held the fundraiser at Burnham’s Tesco store throughout Saturday (March 29th).
“We raised a total of £522.62 during the bag-packing event and thank everyone who supported us,” Hillview’s Lyn Burland told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
