A 19-year-old man from Highbridge has admitted possessing child abuse images and one depicting bestiality involving an animal.
Connor Bryant of Alstone Road, Highbridge, appeared at Taunton Magistrates court on Thursday.
He admitted five counts relating to the child abuse images that includes one of a sex act involving a horse.
Bryant was released on conditional bail and is due to appear for sentencing at Taunton Crown Court at a date yet to be fixed.
