Man air-lifted to Frenchay Hospital after fall from roof in Highbridge

A man was air-lifted to hospital following a fall from a roof in Highbridge on Friday morning (May 17th).

Two air ambulances, police and paramedics were called to a factory in Commerce Way, as pictured here.

Police spokesman Wayne Baker told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We were called at 11.45am to reports that a man had fallen approximately 30ft from a roof, suffering a head injury.”

Ambulance spokesman Ben Middleton added that the man had been air-lifted to Frenchay Hospital in Bristol with head injuries.
