The team at Highbridge Indian restaurant and takeaway Mint Bay are celebrating this week after winning a top award.
Mint Bay opened in February 2022 in Church Street, Highbridge and has built up a loyal following of customers.
Manager and owner Gias Uddin, pictured, travelled to London on Wednesday (November 15th) for the Euro Asia Curry Awards after being short-listed for a regional award.
And he was delighted to hear during the evening that Mint Bay had won the title of Best Indian Restaurant in the south west.

Gias was also delighted that the restaurant also won a national award in October 2022 at the British Curry Life Awards, taking home the title of ‘best restaurant’.
