A Highbridge hairdresser has been praised for her work at a national awards ceremony.
Mariam Stoel, 27, has recently completed a level 2 apprenticeship in hairdressing with Highbridge’s L&F Training and she was entered into the Hairdressing Awards for Britain’s Best 2018 and ranked fourth within the Fantasy Hair Award.
A passionate ambassador for the sector, Mariam is a creative person who insists on pushing the boundaries within hairdressing.
“Mariam has always wanted to do hairdressing and after a six year career in the care sector decided to follow her dream by joining L&F 12 month ago, demonstrating that we can all retrain through an apprenticeship program whatever our age,” said L&F’s Fran Deeley.
