An air ambulance landed at Highbridge’s King Alfred School on Monday morning (February 22nd) to help a patient.
The green Great Western Air Ambulance landed in the school grounds to help a nearby resident who had suffered a suspected cardiac arrest.
The patient was taken to the helicopter and flown to a hospital in Bristol for emergency treatment.
The normal yellow Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance was busy on another incident elsewhere in the region at the same time.
