Burnham-On-Sea is enjoying a sizzling week of weather, with tempertaures soaring.
Beaches have been busy in Burnham-On-Sea, Berrow and Brean as the good weather draws in visitors, as pictured here on Saturday.
The Met Office says temperatures in Burnham at the weekend reached 26ºC, or 78.8ºF.
It will get even hotter this week, peaking at 28ºC, or 82.4ºF, on Tuesday. The nights will also be warm and humid.
UV levels are forecast to be ‘very high’ over the coming days and people enjoying the weather are being avised by NHS England to use high-factor suntan lotion.
Meanwhile, an air pollution warning has been issued for the Burnham-On-Sea area on Monday when the hot, calm conditions are forecast.
