A new Health and Wellbeing Centre will be opening at Burnham-On-Sea’s Manor House in the town’s Manor Gardens on Saturday (February 28th).
The new facilities will be opening between 11am and 2pm for visitors to come along, meet the team and hear about the wide range of courses, workshops and groups that will be available.
A spokesperson said: “Our purpose is build a ‘community within the community’. The courses range from Healthy Eating and Exploring Exercise to Emotional Resilience, Revolution Writers, Relaxation, Power of Poetry and The Autistic Spectrum Disorder.”
“There will also be a Book Group to discuss books written by local authors. We have One-pot Cooking, Ladies Self-Defence Classes and British Sign Language.”
