Police have praised several lorry drivers who moved a huge hay bale that was partially blocking Church Street in Highbridge this week.
Traffic had to swerve around the bale when it came loose and fell from a passing farmyard vehicle into the busy road on Monday (March 4th).
Burnham Police said it was moved from the road onto the pavement by ‘some very helpful lorry drivers’ and they thanked them for their help.
