A seagull which got stuck in netting and had to be rescued by a fire crew and wildlife carers in Burnham-On-Sea has been released after receiving a week’s treatment.
The bird was left dangling from a roof after it got tangled up in netting in Burnham’s Regent Street, as reported here.
The bird was handed over to carers from East Huntspill’s Secret World for treatment and was released on Burnham seafront on Wednesday by the charity’s Sara Cowen, as pictured here.
