Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge community groups, charities and non-organisations looking for funding can apply to the Town Council.
If so you may be eligible to apply for a grant from the Town Council. The deadline for applications is 12th November for the last meeting of this financial year.
In the most recent round of grants over £14,000 was awarded to local groups, as Burnham-On-Sea.com reported here.
The money can be used to support the cost of a capital project, such as purchasing equipment or works to buildings, or it can be towards the general running costs, or to deliver a community event.
Providing these grants to our community is something that the Council is very privileged to do and we want to be able to support our communities where it is needed.
