A Burnham-On-Sea microlight enthusiast took these amazing aerial photos of the Glastonbury Festival at the weekend, showing the sheer scale of the event.
Jeff Thomas flew near the site at an altitude of 4,500 feet en-route to Compton Abbas airfield where aerobatic competitions were being held.
Jeff added: “It was an amazing sight – my photos were taken from 4,500 feet because there is an exclusion zone over and around the festival site preventing aircraft, without special permission, from overflying the site at an altitude below 3,100 feet.”
Over 175,000 people were at the festival over the weekend, crowding onto the Pilton site.
