A former Burnham-On-Sea care home has been sold to a property developer this week.
The Gables in Berrow Road, pictured here, was sold before going to a scheduled auction.
A spokesman for West Coast Property told Burnham-On-Sea.com that the property had sold for £250,000.
The new owner intends to overhaul the site into a new residential development with formal plans set to be submitted in comong months.
