A team of young footballers from Brent Knoll Primary School has competed in the County Football Finals.
The girls football team from Brent Knoll travelled to Bridgwater College Academy on Friday to take part in the Under 11 ESFA County football finals.
In very cold weather, the girls played six tough games against teams from across Somerset.
“Although they didn’t reach the semi-finals they played with great determination and were a great credit to the school,” said head teacher Chris Burman.
“This is the second year in succession that a football team from Brent Knoll has reached the County finals.”
