Burnham-On-Sea’s Mayor and Mayoress joined in a double celebration at a town centre florist’s shop this week.
Flowers and Things in The High Street is one of only four florists across Somerset to be accepted into the UK’s Good Florist Guide.
The shop is also celebrating its first anniversary this week since opening in the town centre.
Julie, who has been a florist for over 15 years, thanked her loyal customers for their support. “We have had a very busy year in this central location in the town centre and to get the national recognition in the guide is just superb.”
