The colourful spectacle is being organised by the Town Council with the financial backing of several local firms.
Visitors are urged to arrive early to avoid disruption from road closures, which will come into operation along The Esplanade from 6.30pm.
The fireworks are being provided by Skyburst, whose team spent much of Sunday setting up their equipment on the beach south of the jetty, as pictured above.
Town Clerk Eileen Shaw told Burnham-On-Sea.com this year’s event has had strong backing from local companies.
“The Rotary Club of Burnham will be overseeing the collection in aid of local charities, so please give generously to show your support for this free event.”
“Also, our grateful thanks go to the main supporters of this year’s event, Burnham Holiday Village, the Retreat Caravan Park, Fusion Leisure at Home Farm Holiday Park, and Central Radio Services,” she said.
The fireworks are the traditional curtain raiser to the Highbridge and Burnham Carnival, which will be held on Monday (9th November).
