A sparkling fireworks display will take place at Brean, near Burnham-On-Sea, this evening (Saturday, September 5th) when the village’s Leisure Park holds its penultimate show of the season.
The display will start at 9pm, giving visitors an opportunity to enjoy the fun park’s rides before it begins.
There will be no admittance charge, but there will be collections on the night for local charities. The event is expected to raise hundreds of pounds for local good causes, including Burnham’s Sea Cadets, St John Ambulance and BARB.
“Donations made on the evenings are contributed to local charities as part of Brean Leisure Park’s ongoing commitment to give something back to the local community,” explained the park’s spokesman, Mike Barsby.
One further display will be held on 31st October. For more information, call Brean Leisure Park on 01278 751595.
