Three fire crews rushed to a Burnham-On-Sea pub on Friday (December 11th) after an electrical fault caused a drama.
Three fire engines from Burnham and Bridgwater rushed to The Rosewood on Love Lane following the report of an electrical fire in the pub’s kitchen.
Fire spokesman Paul Salvin told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We received a call regarding some electrical equipment over-heating, causing smoke and a strong smell of burning.”
“The equipment was isolated and thermal imaging cameras were used to check for any other heat sources before the all-clear was given.”
The pub remained open throughout the day.
