Burnham-On-Sea’s firefighters were called to tackle a property fire in Bridgwater on Saturday evening (July 7th).
Fire engines from Bridgwater, Taunton and Burnham-On-Sea were all sent to Eastwood Close in Bridgwater at 9pm following reports of a property fire, with possible persons still inside.
“On arrival, crews confirmed there was smoke issuing from a third-floor window of a three-storey property,” a spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“Crews extinguished the fire which involved a light using two breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet.”
“Crews also ventilated the property using a positive pressure fan. All persons were accounted for and safe.”
