A former bed and breakfast on Burnham-On-Sea seafront is set to be transformed into a new care home.
The National Autistic Society has applied for full planning permission to turn Fernery House at 7 The Esplanade, pictured, into the new facilities.
Its application to Sedgemoor District Council requests a change of use and conversion from bed and breakfast accommodation into a registered ‘next-step’ care facility.
The council is inviting comments on the application from residents until February 26th.
