Hundreds of bargain hunters are expected to converge on Highbridge’s King Alfred School on Thursday evening (January 31st) when a popular annual fashion show is held.
Organised by Burnham-On-Sea Rotary Club and the Inner Wheel Club, the event is being held to raise money for local charities.
High Street quality clothes will be displayed and be available for purchase at bargain prices from brands suchbas M&S, Per Una, Next, Wallis and BHS in various sizes.
Doors will open at 7pm for a prompt start at 7.30pm at the school’s B Block with tickets costing £4. There will also be refreshments available to buy.
Tickets are available from Material Needs at 79 Burnham High Street, Rotarian Hugh Mackay on 01278 787579 or Sandra Moon on 01278 789031, or on the door.
“We are looking forward to putting on this popular event, to raise funds for local Rotary and Inner Wheel charities,” said the Rotary Club’s Hugh Mackay.
Inner Wheel President Debbie Spragg added: “This event has a dual purpose of raising money for charity and there are also some terrific bargains to be had, especially during these difficult times.”
