Emergency services were called to a collision on the A370 near Burnham-On-Sea last night (Friday, December 8th).
The busy A370 Weston Road was closed just north of East Brent after a multi-vehicle incident.
A Police spokesman confirmed: “We were called at 8.50pm on Friday 8th December to the A370 in East Brent following reports of a three-vehicle collision.”
“The road was closed in both directions while emergency services were on the scene.”
There was no immediate update on injuries. Any eyewitnesses to the collision should call Police on 101.
