The candidates for next month’s County Council elections across the Burnham-On-Sea area were officially announced on Friday.
The candidates in Burnham North are Peter Burridge-Clayton (Con), Leander Clarke (Lab), Tom Nicholls (Lib Dem) and James Robertson (Green).
In Highbridge and Burnham South, those running are Helen Groves (Lib Dem), Ricky Holcombe (Lab), David Taylor (Green), Purple Watkins (Ind) and John Woodman (Con).
In the Brent division, the candidates are John Denbee (Con), Sheila Forrester (Lab) and Katie Lawson (Lib Dem).
And in Huntspill, Alexia Bartlett (Lab), John Everitt (UKIP), Mark Healy (Con) and Alan Miller (Lib Dem) will contest the seat.
Polling stations will be open between 7am-10pm on Thursday May 2nd 2013.
