Creative children from across the Burnham-On-Sea area took part in several arts and crafts sessions to mark the launch of a new nature-themed party venture this week.
Sanders Garden World in Brent Knoll was the venue for the drop-in arts and crafts day for children aged from three to eight-years-old.
The open day marked the launch of a new venture, called Ecokiddies, at the garden centre.
Run by Gill Hills, it offers parents, grandparents and guardians the chance to have nature-based children’s birthday parties for their youngsters at the garden centre during weekends.
Peter Burks, General Manager of Sanders Garden World, added: “We always enjoy hosting events for children at the garden centre and we were really pleased about this free arts and crafts open day during the half-term week.”
“The event included activities with nature, gardening and Halloween themes.”
