A free Easter family fun day is to be held at Burnham-On-Sea’s Marine Cove Gardens.
The event on Easter Saturday will be held from 10am until 2pm on Saturday 30th March.
Free activities will include flower art making, egg decorating, Easter bonnet-making and an Easter egg hunt.
There will be chocolate prizes for all who enter the egg hunt and for those who would prefer to try their hand at something green-fingered there will be seed sowing and a chance to pot up sweet peas to take home.
Jacqui Strong, Sedgemoor District Council’s Community Gardener, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “It would be lovely to see lots of families in the garden for this special Easter event.”
“All the activities are free and available for anyone, of any age, to participate in. We know school holidays are an expensive time for parents and grandparents so come along and join in some traditional and free fun in a beautiful setting.”
