A group of local people clambered up the steep slopes of Brent Knoll to watch the traditional Easter blessing of three crosses.
The three crosses are visible to motorists travelling along the A38 and M5 on the eastern side of the Knoll and are now in place until next weekend.
Bright sunny weather boosted the numbers watching the symbolic crosses being unveiled, as pictured here.
The outdoor service, lasting 20 minutes, has been held each year for over 30 years on the summit of the Knoll.
Churches from across the Burnham-On-Sea area were represented at the hill-top service.
