Today: Music and fun day to raise funds for Burnham’s rescue services

-

A Burnham-On-Sea fun day in aid of the rescue organisations which helped search for four-year-old Dylan Cecil who drowned after falling from Burnham’s jetty is to be held today (Saturday).

Dylan’s Memory Music and Fun Day will be held from 12 mid-day until 10pm at The Dunstan House Inn.

Money raised will go to BARB, RNLI, Burnham Coastguards, SARbot and the Dylan Trust Fund, raising money to help underprivileged children.

A kids hour is being held during the event from 12pm to 1pm, featuring a children’s entertainer, a bouncy castle, hair braiding and face painting.

Live music will run from 1pm, including Ryan A O Inglis, Caught on The Back Foot, The Midsummer Surfers, The Cat Scratch Band, Six Machine and The Riverbrew.

There will also be an auction and raffle, craft stalls, a BBQ, sweet stall and more.
