Members of Burnham-On-Sea Dreamscheme have been brushing up their first aid skills during a special session.
Over 40 youngsters from the group received first aid tips and advice from a Highbridge and Burnham St John ambulance volunteer, as pictured here.
John Alexander, leader of Burnham Dreamscheme, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Forty seven young members of Burnham Dreamscheme enjoyed being taught by a great team from St John Ambulance at the BAY centre. Our thanks to Debbie, Catherine, Rhiannon and Zoe from St John.”
“We also had our first bronze award winner, for gathering 200 points, which was awarded to Thomas.”
The group now has more than 90 members and is looking forward to the rest of the summer with more great events planned – full details here.
