A donkey led a group of 80 Burnham-On-Sea residents on a traditional Easter parade through the town on Sunday morning (April 13th).
The annual Palm Sunday procession left St Andrew’s Church and wended its way along Victoria Street, before returning along the seafront to the church.
Members of St Andrew’s Church followed the donkey carrying palms and palm crosses.
The church’s junior members were also dressed in Biblical clothing, as pictured here.
Vicar Reverend Graham Witts said he was pleased to see such a large procession to mark the tradition along with bright sunshine.
