A man was rescued after his car overtuned into a ditch and started filling with water near Burnham-On-Sea on Monday (September 1st).
Two fire engines and a water rescue crew were sent to the scene at The Causeway between East Huntspill and Woolavington at 11.30am.
On their arrival, crews confirmed the car was upside down in the ditch, with one person inside.
Crews used small tools to cut away a hedgerow to gain access to the man who was left in the care of the ambulance service.
A spokesperson from South West Ambulance Service said the man had not suffered serious injuries.
