Food lovers in Burnham-On-Sea will be able to enjoy a lip-smacking meal while meeting a possible new partner next month.
Crowdy’s Bistro in College Street is holding a unique speed dating event with a difference.
The singles dinner will comprise a four course meal in which the attendees will be asked to move to a different chair between each course.
“The idea is a little like speed dating, but you get to have longer chatting with other people and the atmosphere is more relaxed, as well as the excellent food,” owners Sam and Steve Crowden told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
A limited number of tickets are on sale for the event, to be on Saturday 21st November, priced £12.99 each.
Sam and Steve hope to find 10-12 men and women aged 20-45 to sign up for the event. They are also planning a second meal for older men and women in January.
