A six-car accident on the M5 motorway and a two-car collision on the A38 caused traffic delays for motorists in the Burnham-On-Sea area on Tuesday evening (April 19th).
Police and fire crews were called at 5.15pm to the six-vehicle crash on the M5 between Burnham and Weston, but they said there with no persons trapped inside or serious injuries.
In a separate incident, at 5.45pm, the A38 between Brent Knoll and East Brent was partially blocked, as pictured here, after two vehicles collided. Police diverted traffic around the scene while the damaged vehicles were recovered.
