A busy road junction in Burnham-On-Sea was temporarily blocked on Thursday (May 25th) after a crash which left one person injured.
Two vehicles collided at the busy junction of the South Esplanade and Pier Street at 1.40pm.
Police and an ambulance crew were called to help the motorists and traffic was diverted around the scene.
A spokeswoman for Avon and Somerset Police told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Two vehicles collided at the junction with Pier Street.”
“There were no serious injuries, but a woman was treated for a suspected neck injury and was taken to hospital as a precaution.”
