The driver of this car was lucky escape without injuries after ending up in a roadside ditch at the weekend.
The silver Daewoo Matiz was being driven along New Road towards East Huntspill when its male driver lost control.
A local resident told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “The accident happened on Saturday night – a young driver from Highbridge was driving and hit a fence and then went off the road into the ditch. He go out of the car unhurt but was a bit shaken.”
Police were called and put up ‘crime scene’ tape near to the vehicle. Anyone who witnessed the incident should call 101.
