Burnham-On-Sea Police and ambulance crews were called to a crash in Berrow on Friday afternoon (August 3rd).
Two cars collided near the Berrow Triangle, leaving both severely damaged, as pictured here by a reader.
Several shocked occupants were helped by a passing Coastguard officer and ambulance crews at the scene.
The casualties were not understood to have suffered any serious injuries.
Police diverted traffic around the scene and queues of holiday traffic quickly built up in the area.
