A charity craft sale due to be held in Burnham-On-Sea’s Pier Street this evening (Friday) has been cancelled due to the threat of bad weather.
The event had been due to be held from 6-10pm in a floodlit area of the car park in aid of Macmillan and The Poppy Appeal.
However, organisers form BOSH Events have decided to cancel the event this evening. “It’s an idea we’ll try next year but the forecast rain and wind will make it impossible this time,” said a spokeswoman.
