Volunteers at Burnham’s Marine Cove complete Spring bulb planting

-

Volunteers shrugged off recent vandalism at Burnham-On-Sea’s Marine Cove gardens to hold a successful bulb planting session.

Dozens of daffodil bulbs were planted around the seafront gardens on Saturday (November 16th) by the Friends of Marine Cove, as pictured here.

“The volunteers are keeping up-beat despite recent setbacks and are continuing to work hard, alongside Sedgemoor District Council, to make the gardens a wonderful place to visit,” a spokeswoman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

“The Friends are always looking for additional help and would welcome the suppport of further helpers.”
