Burnham-On-Sea’s Marine Cove gardens will be hosting a day of free Easter family fun on Saturday (April 19th).
The event will take place between 10am and 2pm when many Easter-themed activities will be held.
There will be an Easter Egg Hunt around the gardens, craft activities, a raffle plus a parade of local residents dressed in Easter bonnets.
The parade itself will start at 11am and there will be a prize for the winner in the categories 10 and under, 11 to 17, and adults (the big kids can get involved with this too!).
“Make a day of it and bring along a picnic and blanket,” said organiser Jacqui Strong. “The event is free to attend and we would love to see the garden filled with families and friends.”
The next event will be on Monday 5th May for a traditional May Day celebration.
