A new drive-thru Costa Coffee restaurant has opened at Sedgemoor Services on the M5 near Burnham-On-Sea.
The new facilities are located on the southbound Sedgemoor Services between Burnham-On-Sea’s junction 22 and Weston’s junction 21.
Roadchef Motorways – which received planning permission for the facilities last year as we first reported here – has created four full-time jobs and three part-time positions.
The drive-thru, with new access road, is open from 5.30am each day to catch early morning motorists wanting a quick coffee fix.
Sedgemoor District Council’s planning department gave the go-ahead for the plans after considering feedback from local groups.
The council also recently approved a new KFC restaurant on the M5 Sedgemoor Services northbound.
