Burnham church members celebrate anniversary of Queen’s coronation

-

Churchgoers in Burnham-On-Sea have marked the 60th anniversary of the Queen’s Coronation with a colourful celebration.

Members of the congregation of St Andrew’s Church celebrated on Sunday (2nd June) by wearing red, white and blue clothing.

The church’s choir ladies wore ‘fascinators’, as pictured above, while the gentlemen donned buttonholes of red roses.

Reverend Graham Witts led the singing of the National Anthem at the end of the service.
