Burnham-On-Sea’s Community Centre welcomed a new Chairman last night (Tuesday, July 16th).
Greg Kelloway took on the role during the centre’s AGM when former Chairman Ken Hindle retired from the position after nine years to become President.
“I am delighted that Greg has taken on the position. As President, I will continue to support and help the centre in the years ahead,” Ken told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
During the meeting, Ken was thanked by the centre’s managers for his considerable work over the years.
The centre in Berrow Road is a hive of activity for many people in Burnham, being home to 60 groups and attracting more than 1,500 visitors every month.
