Burnham-On-Sea’s Princess Theatre is promising a night of laughs when three top comedians hold a night of comedy next week.
The theatre in Princess Street is holding it second annual Comedy Night on Saturday 23rd February from 8pm–10.45pm.
Andrew Roper will host with Jamie Bowen, Gary Colman and Matt Price all providing a half hour set of exciting original material.
Each of them performs regularly throughout the UK and has made appearances on TV.
Jamie Bowen is an exciting new comedian from New Zealand who has performed all over Australia and other countris mixing stand-up, storytelling, random banter, music and anything else that springs to mind on the night.
Comedy legend Frank Skinner described Gary Colman as “highly inventive and very funny”.
Matt Price has performed to 1600 people at St.David’s Hall with Rhod Gilbert and supported Norman Lovett (of Red Dwarf fame) on tour.
The Princess’ Manager Andy Pulleyn said: “We’re really excited to host another Comedy Night here at The Princess. Last year’s show was hilarious and the feedback we had was excellent. We hope lots more people will join us for this one.”
Tickets cost £10 or £8 for concessions and are available from the Arts Lounge in The Princess which is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 3pm. The box office number is 01278 784464. Performances may contain adult material that is not suitable for children and that some people may find offensive.
