A new Burnham-On-Sea coffee shop has opened in the town centre this week, promising a wide selection of refreshments.
The Coffee Corner has opened on the corner of Abingdon Street and Pier Street in place of the former Beijing Buffet.
Owner Catherine Lee told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We wanted to launch something new and different for Burnham and have spent around £25,000 creating this new coffee shop which has a modern, welcoming decor and comfortable seating.”
“We are initially selling cakes and pannini alongside quality coffee and will, in time, expand the menu to include hot food too.”
The Coffee Corner is open from 9am-8pm during the summer months.
While the Beijing Buffet has closed, the Peking Chef next door in Abingdon Street remains open for business.
